Recovering From Natural Disaters

I think that after a lot of the disaters that have happened all over the world we should have a effetive plan of recovering from natural diasters. I think that we could do a better job working to make more people to help out and to help work in organisations. We could also raise money to help with places that have lost many lives and have millions of dollars in damage. We may also be able to make mre organisations to help out with clean up and rescue workers. Also we could have bills to were we have more and more americans come together and realy help out people in the time of need I would like to call it the branch out organization if there were to make it a offically thing. There are more and morte deaths by not being able to help out and really make a diffence to everyone that is involved.
